No philosophical post today...just few fishes!
Nobody really knows why we "celebrate" this day in many different cultures. The origin is definitively uncertain.
Many people think it depends on the fact that the new year used to be celebrated around April 1. In other words, it would correspond to the spring equinox.
Later, after Pope Gregory XIII ordered a new calendar (that has nothing to do with those by Playboy, Pirrelli, etc...), the new year was moved to January 1.
Only one thing is sure 100%: I cannot stand any type of joke. So, today, I am just stressed out hoping that none of my friends forget I am funny and easy-going, but not too much...really!

Nessuno sa con certezza per quale motivo la giornata di oggi sia "celebrata" in molte culture. L'origine è sicuramente incerta.
Molti pensano dipenda dal fatto che si era soliti celebrare l'anno nuovo intorno al primo di aprile. In altre parole, corrisponderebbe all'equinozio di primavera.
Successivamente, dopo che Papa Gregorio XIII ordinò un nuovo calendario (che non ha nulla a che fare con quelli di playboy, Pirrelli, etc...), l'anno nuovo è stato spostato al primo gennaio.
Una cosa è certa al 100%: non tollero alcun tipo di scherzo. Per cui, oggi, mi stresso solamente nella speranza che nessuno dei miei amici dimentichi che sì sono simpatica e alla mano, ma non troppo...in realtà!
